Standard walk-in rate is $75/hr — all member pricing reflects a discount off this rate.
Twice a year, The Loft transforms into a fully decorated seasonal set — Mother’s Day in April, and a Holiday set from Thanksgiving through December 20th. During these periods, standard membership hours are paused and the studio operates with exclusive seasonal pricing. Members enjoy 15% off all seasonal packages and get early access to book before the public.

Exact Mother’s Day dates are communicated each year with at least 4 weeks’ notice. Christmas dates are fixed: week of Thanksgiving through December 20th.
When you sign up for a membership, you commit to 6 months of monthly payments. After the initial 6 months, your membership automatically continues month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
No. Membership hours are strictly for the registered member only and are non-transferable. The member must be present and actively shooting during all sessions.
Essentials members lose any unused hours at month end — there is no rollover. Studio Pro members can roll over up to 2 hours, and All-In members can roll over up to 4 hours. Rolled-over hours must be used the following month or they expire.
During Mother’s Day (April) and Holiday (Thanksgiving – Dec 20) set-ups, the regular studio is not available for standard membership use. However, active members receive 15% off seasonal bookings and get early access to reserve slots before the public.
Studio Pro and All-In members receive a 10-minute buffer before and after each booked session to set up and pack up. This time does not count toward your membership hours. Essentials members do not receive a grace period.
Members book through Sprout Studio (or the Studio’s designated booking platform). You’ll receive booking instructions when your membership is confirmed.
